Frequently asked questions
How is my cooked score calculated?
You describe your situation in your own words, and it's sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) which returns a score from 1 to 10, a short roast, and a few practical suggestions. It's meant to be lighthearted, not scientific.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no login, and no profile. You can open the app and use it right away.
Where is my history stored?
Your timeline of past scores stays on your device. We don't run a backend database of your entries.
Is this a mental health tool?
No. How Cooked Am I? is for fun and is not a diagnostic or therapeutic tool. It doesn't replace professional care. See the crisis resources below if you or someone you know needs real support.
Something in the app is broken. How do I report it?
When reporting a problem, include a description of what happened and, if you can, your device model and iOS version. Screenshots help a lot.
How do I delete my data?
Your timeline lives only on your device, so deleting the app removes it. For details about what's sent to our AI provider, see the Privacy Policy.
